INDUCTION PROGRAMME.........

HI readers ,

This is one of the fantastic moment in my life , which i waited for a long time . I have completed my engg in may 2008 and waited for around 8 months to step into the organization. CTS was my dream company which i opted during campus placements. suddenly we got a mail saying to join cts on JAN 27th 2008 at HYDERABAD DLF, after reading the mail we were on cloud 9 .

on jan 27th we reached DLF by 8 30 am, there were 120 ppl waiting just like us outside the building . At 9 we entered DLF and reached 2nd floor Auditorium( KRIDA) . Hr ppl came and congratulated and meeting lasted for 1 hr. After that we had long sessions of introductions and some funny games ( which we enjoyed alot) . They offered lunch for the day and after postlunch they explained evrything about cts , how cts still growing inspite of recession , which continued for 2 hours . from 4 to 5 we had some events where all participated in groups . at 5 we left for the day, with all cherishable moments carried back to home .


Second day , we reached office by 9 , in the morning we had 5 presentations regarding internal security systems of cts and regarding VERTICALS and regarding clients of cts . Those presentations were some what boring but they did it very lively . after post lunch, we had a session to interact with IME ( information media and entertainment ) head SHANKAR. He explained completely regarding IME practises and clients of cts in IME VERTICAL . He said one of the fastest emerging vertical in cts now and 15% revenue will be coming from this vertical . WALT DISNEY , 20th CENTURY FOX , LEXUS NEXUS, AMERICAN EXPRESS are some of the clients in this vertical . we were happy to listen as we all be put under IME vertical .

Third day they revealed us about our streams . In hyd they mostly allocated evry one to either java or dotnet and some of them under mainframes . so we got to know our batch mates and we all chatted for something regarding their college matters and blah blah blah ........ post lunch we have to open bank account either in ICICI or HDFC , and we left for the day ..................
